Staci Weber, M.A., L.C.P.C.,  Clinical Director

Staci holds a BA degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MA in professional counseling from Concordia University. Staci has 15 years of experience in the field of mental health, child advocacy and parent education. Her experience includes Clinical Director ADD Solutions in Arlington Heights as well as Assistant Professor and Research Associate at Concordia in River Forest, IL. Staci is a state credentialed provider in the Illinois Early Intervention System. Staci has been trained with the Illinois Autism Technical Assistant and Training Project philosophy. Staci has experience with in-crisis counseling, individual and family counseling for a variety of childhood disorders. Staci utilizes a cognitive behavioral and a holistic approach to interventions. Staci believes in providing mulit-disciplinary practices and treatment with a compassionate heart.  staci@mgb-services.com



Eileen Pearlman, M.A., S.L.P.,  Director

Eileen holds a BS and MA in speech/language pathology and LBSI certification. She has been working with individuals with special needs since 1974. She began her career in the Chicago Public Schools, and has worked in school districts as a speech/language pathologist, inclusion facilitator, and member of an assistive technology team. Eileen holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech/Language hearing Association (ASHA), a state of Illinois license, and is a National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT) in the area of Exceptional Needs, issued by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS). Eileen looks at every child as an individual, striving to find what works best for each child. eileen@mgb-services.com



Sheena M. Emberton, Ed.S., NCSP, School Psychologist, Social Skills Director

Sheena has over 8 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults with special needs. Her experiences include conducting special education evaluations, providing positive behavior supports and leading IEP meetings for a diverse range of students with low incidence disabilities. Additionally, her skill-set includes providing individual and in-crisis counseling, as well as facilitating small group mental health/social skills interventions. Sheena currently is a School Psychologist in a response to interventions elementary school and a Social skills Facilitator and therapist for MGB Services. Sheena earned her Education Specialist degree (ED.S.) in School Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. sheena@mgb-services.com



Rebecca Mancini, MA., Social Skills Facilitator and Autism Coach

Rebecca has 10 years of experience working with children who have special needs. Rebecca is MGB's social skills facilitator for elementary and middle school  children as well as a home behavior program senior support team member. her experience includes direct services with children who have special needs at a therapeutic day school, in the community and in homes. Rebecca is also the Autism Coach for a special education cooperative. Rebecca has a master degree in Special Education from Northeaster Illinois and is currently pursuing a B.C.B.A. rebecca@mgb-services.com



Sari Burton, BA., Line Team Member

Sari is a home program team member for MGB Services. She has a B.A. in psychology. Sari is trained through MGB Services to work with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Sari is a dedicated team member who is passionate about working with individuals who have special needs.


Cathy Pisano, Service Coordinator/Office Manager‚Äč

Cathy earned her degree in Mind/Body Transformational Psychology from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ.  She is a Holistic Wellness Practitioner certified to teach yoga with a specialty in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).  She is also a practitioner and teacher of holistic nutrition.  Additional capabilities include life coaching, hypnotherapy and reflexology.  As the service coordinator, Cathy provides information on a variety of programs provided by MGB Services. Her duties include but are not limited to managing the office, reviewing payment options and assisting with appointments.  



Maria Bellantuono, MA., L.P.C., N.C.C., Consultant

Maria has over 10 years experience working with children on the autism spectrum. Maria is a nationally certified counselor as well as a licensed professional counselor. She has with experience in working with children, adolescents and adults who have emotional concerns and learning disabilities. Her experience includes individual, group, and family therapy. Maria believes in a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment for individuals with special needs. She was trained through the Illinois Autism and Technical Assistance Project. Maria is a trained advocate and has experience accessing services through state agencies. She was trained through the national Sibshop@ Project as a facilitator. Maria has a B.A. from DePaul University and a Masters in Community Counseling from Argosy University. mgb-services@mgb-services.com


Linda Hoeck, MA., Consultant

Linda has over 30 years experience working with children with special needs, including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional, Physical, and Learning Disabilities. She is an Illinois Autism and Technical Assistance Project Trainer and Autism Coordinator. Linda has an M.A. and degrees from Barat College, NEIU and NIU. Linda has been in the role of teacher, diagnostician, principal, and consultant. linda@mgb-services.com
