Staci Weber, M.A., L.C.P.C., Clinical Director
Staci holds a BA degree from University of Illinois at Chicago and an MA in professional counseling from Concordia University. Staci has 15 years of experience in the field of mental health, child advocacy and parent education. Her experience includes Clinical Director ADD Solutions in Arlington Heights as well as Assistant Professor and Research Associate at Concordia in River Forest, IL. Staci is a state credentialed provider in the Illinois Early Intervention System. Staci has been trained with the Illinois Autism Technical Assistant and Training Project philosophy. Staci has experience with in-crisis counseling, individual and family counseling for a variety of childhood disorders. Staci utilizes a cognitive behavioral and a holistic approach to interventions. Eileen Pearlman, M.A., S.L.P., Director
Eileen holds a BS and MA in speech/language pathology and LBSI certification. She has been working with individuals with special needs since 1974. She began her career in the Chicago Public Schools, and has worked in school districts as a speech/language pathologist, inclusion facilitator, and member of an assistive technology team. Eileen holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech/Language?hearing Association (ASHA), a state of Illinois license, and is a National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT) in the area of Exceptional Needs, issued by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS). Briana Weiner, MA., Home Program Coordinator
Briana has 12 years working with children and young adults with special needs. Her experience includes being a special education teacher for the Chicago Public Schools, working in the community through special recreation associations, home behavior programs, and respite. Briana has a masters degree in Special Educations from University of Illinois and an LBS II certifications for behavior interventions. Sheena M. Emberton, Ed.S., NCSP, School Psychologist, Social Skills Director
Sheena has over 8 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults with special needs. Her experiences include conducting special education evaluations, providing positive behavior supports and leading IEP meetings for a diverse range of students with low incidence disabilities. Additionally, her skill-set includes providing individual and in-crisis counseling, as well as facilitating small group mental health/social skills interventions. Sheena currently is a School Psychologist in a response to interventions elementary school and a Social skills Facilitator and therapist for MGB Services. Jenna has over 9 years experience working with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. Jenna has a B.A. in special education from Elmhurst College. Jenna is trained through the Illinois Autism and Technical Assistance Project. She is a special education teacher and MGB Team Leader. Jenna's experience includes direct services for home behavior programs, social skills facilitation, parent coach, and support for siblings. Rebecca Mancini, MA., Social Skills Facilitator and Autism Coach
Rebecca has 10 years of experience working with children who have special needs. Rebecca is MGB's social skills facilitator for elementary and middle school children as well as a home behavior program senior support team member. her experience includes direct services with children who have special needs at a therapeutic day school, in the community and in homes. Maria Bellantuono, MA., L.P.C., N.C.C., Consultant
Maria has over 10 years experience working with children on the autism spectrum. Maria is a nationally certified counselor as well as a licensed professional counselor. She has with experience in working with children, adolescents and adults who have emotional concerns and learning disabilities. Her experience includes individual, group, and family therapy. Maria believes in a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment for individuals with special needs. She was trained through the Illinois Autism and Technical Assistance Project. Maria is a trained advocate and has experience accessing services through state agencies. She was trained through the national Sibshop@ Project as a facilitator.
